Thank you so much for choosing us to take care of your pet family.
Before your visit…
· Please go to our website bethanyvet.com, if you have not already, to meet our staff and get to know us a little!
· Click here to fill out your new client form. This will be sent directly to us and allow us to update your records before you arrive.
· You can download our app PetDesk, where you can access vaccine records, request appointments, or send us a message 24 hours a day.
· If you have records from another clinic, please request that they be emailed to reception@bethanyvet.com.
When you arrive for your appointment…
· Please attach a leash to your pets or place them in a carrier. If you don’t have a carrier, we have cardboard carriers for sale for $5.25. We ask that you are responsible for getting your pets on a leash or into a carrier before handing them over to our staff.
· If for any reason your pet needs to be placed into a room straight away, please feel free to give us a call when you arrive to ensure we have the lobby clear and a room ready.
· If you would prefer curbside service, you can call from the parking lot, and we are happy to accommodate.
Payment information…
· We offer some financing options that you can check out before your visit.
· We cannot accept in-house financing, and we are unable to hold credit card information.

· Want to know our top recommendation?
o If your pet is coming for a visit and is not having current stomach issues, bring them hungry! If your pet is food motivated, we have all the goodies here, and they will love getting the extra treats and love from us even more. If your pet has specific treats that you prefer, feel free to bring them along.
· If you feel like your pet has a lot of anxiety, please let us know. We may recommend a PVP (pre-visit pharmaceutical) to help alleviate stress and anxiety while here.

· If you need anything, please feel free to call us at 815-756-8925, but with such a large number of phone calls, if you have a non-urgent need, we ask that you send us a text message at our main number or email us at reception@bethanyvet.com.
Our Reschedule/Cancelation Policy
We understand that emergencies can arise that keep you from making your scheduled appointments. We do ask that you do the best you can to follow our policy below.
· We ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time.
Three or more missed or late cancelled appointments may result in the requirement of a non-refundable exam pre-payment to hold your appointment reservation.
